31 SELT centres open 1 June
The recent COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak has urged authorities in most countries to adopt measures for the containment of its spread. As a result, many LanguageCert SELT Test Centres around the world have been closed.
From 1 June 2020, UKVI is beginning a phased resumption of services and we will be starting Secure English Language Testing at some of our test centres in the United Kingdom. As other countries around the world lift restrictions and it becomes safe to do so we will continue to open our test centres.
We anticipate the remainder of our SELT centres being operational from 1 July 2020, but this date is subject to change based on the evolving circumstances of COVID-19. If local restrictions continue to remain in place in regions beyond 1 July 2020, any applicants that have scheduled their SELT exam with us will be supported to re-schedule their booked exam slot.
Currently 31 of our global SELT centres are operational, complying with local policy and guidelines regarding COVID-19. Below you will find the list of those centres.
