The Best Management Practice Kongress (BMPK) in Seeheim is the annual event, organised by Serview, for service management best practices and the talented individuals that apply them and make work better. We’re very excited to be a part of this best practice congress and to talk about the top service and project management qualifications in the world: ITIL® and PRINCE2®.
