David is an experienced IT and business leader, and ITIL author. He has led consulting practices at Hewlett-Packard and Forrester Research, guiding organizations through major industry shifts in digital technology. David co-authored several key ITIL publications, including ITIL 2007 Service Operation and ITIL 2011 Service Strategy. His contributions have earned him the itSMF Lifetime Achievement Award and recognition as one of HDI’s top 25 thought leaders.
Thanos joined PeopleCert in 2017, steering the group’s technology product roadmap. He is currently leading PeopleCert's Membership efforts as Director of Membership. He brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate technology product management roles, having previously led global product management initiatives and teams at Microsoft and SingularLogic. As a product-focused technology enthusiast, he has been leading startup incubation efforts, is a startup mentor and has been involved in delivering training on Strategy and Product Management.
