PeopleCert gets ready to share the future of ITIL 4 at Pink23

This year, PeopleCert will be taking the stage at Pink23 between 26 February - 1 March to share the power of the world’s most accepted ITSM framework and provide a sneak peek into what the future holds for ITIL 4, focusing on its hands-on, practice-based approach.

Our representatives will be on hand to bring visitors up to date on all things ITIL, including new ITIL Practices qualifications, and discuss the rest of PeopleCert’s best practices portfolio.

• ITIL Practices – Make them work to your advantage

  The ability to apply and adapt ITIL® 4 can be improved through a more practical post-Foundation qualification. During this session, Adam will introduce the new ITIL 4 practice-based qualifications and explain how they can be applied to organisations

• Bring DevOps, Lean and Agile in ITIL4

  During this session, Adam will explore the connection between Lean, Agile, DevOps, and ITIL, as well as highlight how organisations benefit from using them together.

• ITIL 4 in 2023 and Beyond

  ITIL 4 was launched in 2019 – it is almost four years old now. Time flies! During this session, Markus will reflect on the journey so far, the current state of ITIL, insights from the community, and the way forward. Join this session to hear the story from the very center of ITIL development!
