At this year’s live event, our guest speaker Roman Zhuravlev will be delivering a talk "ITIL® 4 in 2023 and beyond" on Monday 14 November between 10:20 – 11:05 am UK time. Roman, who has been working on ITIL development since 2017, will reflect on the ITIL journey so far, its current state and the exciting new directions in its development.
